Managing Partner
Matt Spritz is the Managing Partner of The Spritz Group, and a third generation Floridian. Matt has a distinct blend of political and legal expertise that makes him unique in Florida politics. Matt also has a vast network of relationships throughout Florida – in the public and private sectors – to provide his clients with unrivaled access and results in today’s complex political climate.
Originally from South Florida, Matt served in Tallahassee in both the legislative and executive branches of our state government, was a candidate himself for the Florida House, managed/consulted on numerous state campaigns, and is an accomplished business attorney with over a decade of experience at big law firms.
Matt currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife Sasha, their son, Ilan, and family dog Oreo. Matt is proudly involved in a number of community organizations, including the Rotary Club of Downtown Boca Raton, BizPAC of Palm Beach County, the Republican Jewish Coalition, Chabad, and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.
